In line with the latest Government guidance, we’re starting to carry out all our services, whilst ensuring we keep both you and our installation team safe.

Getting booked in

We would need to check anyone in your household are currently self-isolating, shielding or showing any symptoms of COVID 19?

If anyone is ,we are really sorry to hear of this but at this time we will be unable to attend an appointment. Please contact us when your isolation period is over and we can rebook you in.


We would like to reassure you that safety is our number one priority, for both our customers and our installation team. We’ll observe social distancing and follow the strictest hygiene procedures at all times.

We’re asking customers to follow social distancing guidelines and remain at least two meters from our installation team whilst they are working in your home. If it’s possible for all members of the household to be in another room, that’s the safest option for everyone.

We’ve also removed the need to sign any paperwork and our fitters will call ahead on the day of the appointment to make sure that there hasn’t been a change in your situation since we last spoke to you.
